2. What data we process

Contact form

Your name, e-mail, phone number if given, subject and message. Without a name and e-mail we cannot reply.

Project enquiry

Your name, e-mail, phone number if given, the type and location of the building, the project stage, the services you are interested in, an approximate timeframe and your note. Please don't include information we don't need to assess the project.

Call back

Your phone number, and optionally your name and a convenient time to call.

Technical data

On every visit the server records technical data needed to run the website securely (such as IP address and time of request), so we can detect misuse of the forms. Analytics data is only collected with your consent (see Cookies).

3. Why we need the data and the legal basis

• Replying to your message, enquiry or call back request and preparing a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or for general questions our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Performing a contract if we agree to work together (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Meeting legal obligations, such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Website security and protecting forms from bots (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Measuring visits only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

We don't use the data for advertising, we don't sell it and we don't use it for automated decision making or profiling.

4. How long we keep the data

• Messages, enquiries and call back requests that don't lead to a contract: up to 2 years from our last contact.
• Data related to a contract: for the term of the contract and then as long as the law requires (for example accounting records for 10 years).
• Technical server logs: only as long as needed for security.
• Cookie consent: 6 months, after which the website asks again.

5. Who can see the data

Only our team sees the data. Suppliers who run the website, server and e-mail for us may process it technically, only to the extent needed for that service. If you consent to analytics, Google (Google Analytics) also processes data about your visit. We only share data with public authorities when the law requires it.

We don't deliberately transfer data outside the European Union, although this cannot be ruled out for Google services. Google follows its own policies and the EU standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

• access the data we hold about you,
• have incorrect data corrected,
• have your data erased or its processing restricted,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• ask for your data to be transferred,
• withdraw your consent at any time (for example to cookies), without affecting earlier processing.

Just write to andrej@aneva.sk or eva@aneva.sk, or send a letter to our registered office. We reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. How we protect the data

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Forms are protected against bots and the number of submissions is limited. Only the people who need the data to reply or work with you have access to it.
