Engineering services are home ground for me. For years I have guided projects from the first sketches to the final approvals. I handle communication with the authorities, utility operators, landowners and everyone else involved, so things run smoothly and on time.

I also have experience from the public sector, which helps me a great deal today. I know how things work at the authorities (and when they don't), and I find common ground more easily in difficult situations.

I believe in being fair and straightforward. I want working with me to be clear and dependable for everyone.

I am a civil engineer and I design many kinds of buildings, from family houses and apartment complexes to hospitals and public buildings. That variety is what I enjoy most.

When designing, I think not only about structure and standards, but also about how people will really live, work or be treated in the space.

I make sure technical solutions make sense and are efficient and sustainable. I care about details without losing sight of the whole picture: function, appearance and cost.
