We have no fixed price list, because no two buildings are alike. We prepare a tailored quote based on what you are building, what stage you are at and what you need help with. The quote does not commit you to anything.
Four things that shape your quote
These are the same questions we ask in the enquiry form. Not to slow you down, but because they are what tells us how much work your building needs.
Type of building
A family house, a block of flats, a renovation or a public building. Each needs different documentation and a different approval route.
That is why the form asks what you are planning.
Size and scope
For project documentation, the size of the building matters, and so does the level of detail: a feasibility study, drawings for the building approval or detailed construction drawings.
A rough description is enough. We clarify the rest when we talk.
Project stage
Starting with an idea is different from arriving with finished drawings or just before the final inspection. The stage shows us what is already done and what is still ahead.
That is why we ask what stage you are at.
The services you need
You can choose a single service, such as the final inspection, or let us guide you all the way from design to approval. When several specialists work on the building, coordinating them becomes part of the job.

For a development project, we base the quote on the scope of the whole scheme. We coordinate structural engineering, plumbing, electrics, ventilation and fire safety, so you do not have to manage each designer separately.

How much do your services cost?

Why don't you publish a price list?
Because a single figure would not fit both a family house and a block of flats. Until we know the type of building, the scope and the stage, any number on a website would only be a guess.
How much does project documentation cost?
The price depends on the type and size of the building and the level of documentation. After a short conversation we prepare a tailored quote.
Can I order just one service?
Yes. You can choose, for example, only the final inspection or only technical advice. If you prefer, we can guide you through the whole process from design to approval.
Does an enquiry or a quote commit me to anything?
No. You decide whether to work with us only once you have seen the quote.
