What kinds of buildings do you work on?
Family houses, apartment complexes, hospitals and public buildings. We work on small buildings as well as large developments, on new buildings and renovations.
Who do you work for?
Private clients, developers and construction companies. We adapt how we work to how much you want to handle yourself and how much to leave to us.
Where are you based?
Our registered office is in Skalica (Skalica 4619) and we have a second address in Bratislava (Kresánkova 9). If you are building elsewhere, write to us and we will discuss it.
How much do your services cost?
We have no fixed price list because every building is different. The price depends on the type and size of the building, the stage you are at and the services you need. After a short conversation about the scope, we prepare a tailored quote with no obligation.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We read your enquiry and reply by e-mail or phone. We arrange a short call or meeting and tell you how we would proceed.
Do I need everything ready for the first meeting?
No. Your idea is enough. If you like, look at our list of documents worth bringing if you have them.
Can I choose just one service?
Yes. Each service works on its own. Many clients do appreciate having one partner from the concept to the final approval, though.
Which stages of documentation do you prepare?
Feasibility studies, the documents needed for building approval and detailed construction design for the builder.
Do you take running and maintenance into account?
Yes. We consider not only today's needs, but also how the building will develop, run and be maintained.
When is technical advice worthwhile?
Most of all at the start, when materials, technologies and the layout are chosen. We can also help later with a specific problem.
What are your recommendations based on?
Practical experience, plus current standards, legislation and trends in construction.
What exactly are engineering services?
We represent you in everything that needs arranging before and during construction: dealing with authorities and utility operators, collecting statements, preparing paperwork and overseeing the approval.
Has the new Building Act changed the approval process?
Yes, a new Building Act has applied since 1 April 2025. We explain which procedure applies to your building once we know your plans.
Will I know how the approval is going?
Yes. We keep you updated and get in touch whenever your decision or signature is needed.
Which disciplines do you coordinate?
Structure, plumbing and drainage, electrics, ventilation, fire safety and others as the building requires.
What does coordination give me?
Fewer clashes in the design and fewer surprises on site. And one person who knows how the project stands.
What do you arrange for the final approval?
The necessary statements, inspection reports and communication with the building authority. We keep you informed along the way.
Can you help with the final approval for a building someone else designed?
Yes. We review the documentation and what you have, and tell you what is still missing.
When is the best time to start preparing the final approval?
While construction is still under way. The documents can then be prepared as you go and the approval won't be held up.
